Greekosophy's Courgette Balls recipe
Courgette Balls (Kolokithokeftedes) was one of the most popular starters (meze) at our Greekosophy restaurant in Liverpool. It's one of the Greek starters you must try as it's delicious, vegetarian and easy to make.
Greek Kolokithokeftedes usually come in the form of patties. Our courgette balls are oval in shape, which means they are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
